Singapore Lube Park Pte Ltd engaged Rotary Engineering Ltd to design and build a new Jetty in Tuas South View, Singapore.

CKMbT was appointed by Rotary Engineering Ltd as the architectural, civil and structural consultant for this project. CKMbT prepared the detailed engineering deliverables for the jetty and obtained the necessary approvals for the project from t Authorities (URA, URA Foreshore Department, MPA, ENVCBPU, BCA, FSSD, LTA, PUB, etc.). This required pre-consultations, meetings and liaising with all relevant Authorities until all DC, BP, TOP and CSC clearances and approvals had been obtained. CKMbT’s scope of works also involved support during the construction phase of the project.
